- Take a blender add all gravy ingredientes on it pour water to make fine paste
- Heat a cadai pour oil add Cinnamon,cardom,cloves,marati flower,cumin,bay leaf add one after another fri when it's splits then add red chilli
- Pour onion paste onto pan keep statue once paste cooked oil floats on top of pan add Ginger garlic paste
- Then add full onions keep statue it should be cook on 10to15 mins once onions soften then pour already blended gravy paste onto pan pour tamarind juice add salt,chilli powder,turmeric,mint leaves keep cook 5 to 10 mins
