- 4 tomatoes
- 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
- 12 cashews
- 3 green cardamom
- 3 cloves
- 1 cinnamon sticks
- 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
- 2 bay leaves
- 3 tsp butter
- 1/4 cup oil
- 2 tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- 1 tsp cumin powder
- 1 tsp turmeric powder
- 2 tsp roasted crushed kasoori methi
- 1/2 tsp garam masala powder
- 2-3 tsp fresh cream
- to taste salt
- 1 tsp honey
