  3. Chop tomato,green coriander.

  5. Roast peanuts on tawa till little brown and crush coarsely with Rolling pin.
  6. For preparation,Add oil and ghee in pan,add mustard seeds,splutter.Add chopped onions,saute till light golden brown,add curry leaves,add soaked Dal's and cover and cook.Cover and cook for few minutes.

  8. Add carrots,beans cover and cook.Add green chillies,Cover and cook for few minutes.Add chopped tomatoes.
  9. Add peas,cover and cook for 5 minutes.Add all spices,salt, kashmiri chiili powder,pepper powder,hing,black pepper powder,haldi powder.Saute for a min.Add measured water kept in foxtail millet.When a boil comes add foxtail millet pearls and cover and cook for 28 min.
