  22. Half cup hot water

  1. Pickle: mix hot water, vinegar, add onions slices into it and refrigerate it. Drain out water before serving.
  2. For Beef mince:
  3. Heat oil in a pan, saute onion slices, chopped garlic, lemongrass and red chilli flakes for 3-4 minutes.
  4. Add mince into the pan and mix it well. Add water and cook it till meat become tender. Drain out the oil before adding into the vegetables bowl.
  5. Now add, lemon juice, worcestershire sauce, soya sauce, red chilli paste and basil. Mix it well and cook it for another 5 minutes. Close the stove.
  6. Cut cucumber, raddish, coriander leaves, mint, green onions green part and green chillies. Put them into a bowl.
  7. At last, add mince, pickle onions into the bowl and mix it well.
  8. Serve it with rice or noodles.
