- 1 cup raddish slices
- 2 green chillies finely slices
- 3 green onions leaves finely slices

- 1/2 bunch coriander leaves
- 2 tbsp soya sauce
- 2 tbsp worcestershire sauce instead of fish sauce
- 5 tbsp lemon juice
- 3-4 tbsp olive oil
- For onions pickle:
- 2 onions finely sliced
- 3 tbsp vinegar
- Half cup hot water
Steps to make to make Thai Larb Salad
- Pickle: mix hot water, vinegar, add onions slices into it and refrigerate it. Drain out water before serving.
- For Beef mince:
- Heat oil in a pan, saute onion slices, chopped garlic, lemongrass and red chilli flakes for 3-4 minutes.
- Add mince into the pan and mix it well. Add water and cook it till meat become tender. Drain out the oil before adding into the vegetables bowl.
- Now add, lemon juice, worcestershire sauce, soya sauce, red chilli paste and basil. Mix it well and cook it for another 5 minutes. Close the stove.
- Cut cucumber, raddish, coriander leaves, mint, green onions green part and green chillies. Put them into a bowl.
- At last, add mince, pickle onions into the bowl and mix it well.
- Serve it with rice or noodles.
